My credentials indicate that I have completed a Master's Degree in in Marriage and Family Therapy, and that I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Raphaella Croccia, LMFT, license 52988.

Prior to my Master’s I received my Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science. I have always been interested in every aspect of health and how it impacts a person’s wellbeing.

Through biopsychosocial lens I understand to how a person’s biological, psychological, and social health intersect and affect the individual.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and family-oriented to best fit the needs of each individual family. I emphasize the importance of collaboration in therapy and work to create a space where everyone feels welcomed and valued within the therapeutic process.

Outside of my formal education, I have studied Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also utilize Attachment Theory and Solution-Focused approaches as a framework to my cases.

I have had many years of experience working with children in various roles. One of most rewarding roles was providing psychotherapy to children and families experiencing homelessness at Father's Joe's Villages. This work was intense and rewarding, and it had a profound effect on me. It was during my time working with that population that I found my passion for working with children.

In my free time I enjoy getting outdoors, exercising, having quality time with friends and family, and raising my puppy, Charlie.

I will look forward to meeting you and to working with your family.
