Meet Cindy Lowe
About Cindy
Cindy Lowe holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University in San Diego. She is currently working toward clinical licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and her certification as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
Cindy specializes in child therapy and parenting support. She is a dedicated and creative clinician with a deep belief in the healing power of Play Therapy. Her approach emphasizes developmentally appropriate, engaging interventions that allow young clients to express their emotions and navigate challenges in a way that feels natural and accessible to them.
Her previous experience working with children in educational settings affirmed her calling to become a child therapist. Cindy is deeply committed to early mental health intervention and the lasting, positive impact it can have on the lives of children and their families.

For the past two and a half years, Cindy Lowe, AMFT, has been a clinician at Child Therapy San Diego under the supervision of Raphaella Croccia, LMFT, RPT-S. During this time, she has accumulated over 2,800 clinical hours of specialized experience while providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents ages 3 to 17.
In addition to her work with young clients, Cindy offers valuable support and parenting education to caregivers, helping families navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
Parents consistently describe Cindy as grounded, compassionate, and exceptionally helpful in identifying effective solutions for their children’s most difficult struggles.
Outside of work Cindy enjoys hanging out with her husband, her two children, their Goldendoodle Oslo and Lop bunny Totoro.
