About Linh

Linh's work is person-centered, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and culturally responsive. She utilizes play and art therapy to help clients explore and work through experiences when words may not be enough.

Linh works with children and teens from all backgrounds and is especially dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual, and other identities) and Asian American youth.

Drawing on both her training and her own lived experience, she works to create a space where clients from marginalized communities feel safe and understood.

Linh's experience also includes working with neurodivergent clients (including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals and families, children facing challenges with family or friends, youth with trauma histories, and young people going through life changes.

Collaborative Care- Linh works closely with school counselors, offers sibling and family sessions, and coordinates with caregivers and others in each client's support system.

Outside of work, Linh enjoys
making art, dancing, rock climbing, learning Vietnamese, and spending time in nature
with her dog, Sola, and the people she loves. These interests shape how she works
with clients and reflect her belief in
supporting mental health through
the whole person.

Linh's interests carry into her work,
where she sees well-being as connected to body, mind, and relationships.
