About these Services
Child Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, children and adolescents meet one-on-one with therapist in a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves freely.
While the work is individualized and the child’s confidentiality is respected, we believe that therapy is most effective when it includes their parents in the process.
Our approach includes regular parent consultations, where we share treatment updates, suggestions with practical tools to support your child’s growth outside of sessions.

When helpful, family or joint sessions are integrated to improve communication, strengthen family bonds, and work through challenges as a family.
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a time of exploration, growth, and emotional intensity. In therapy, teens are provided with a confidential, supportive space where they can safely express themselves, explore their identity, and work through challenges with the guidance of a trusted therapist.
At CTSD, we understand that parents often feel concerned or uncertain during this stage—and we deeply respect that. Our therapists are specially trained to balance parental involvement with the adolescent’s need for privacy. We uphold the teen’s confidentiality in a way that fosters trust and therapeutic progress, while also keeping parents informed of general progress and key themes that support the work.

We guide adolescents in making healthy, positive choices, helping them build insight, emotional regulation skills, and stronger relationships. At the same time, we support parents through regular consultations, offering tools and strategies to stay connected and engaged during these formative years.
